Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leap AI (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Leap AI.

2. Service Description

Leap AI is an AI-powered image generation platform. You create images by providing text prompts, reference images, or using custom trained models. The Platform generates images using AI models and provides tools for upscaling, style transfer, and batch generation.

Generated images are produced by AI models. While we strive for high quality, Leap AI does not guarantee that all generated images will meet specific quality standards or be free of artifacts. You should review generated output as appropriate for your use case.

3. Account and Authorization

You must create an account to use Leap AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload any reference images or training data you provide.

When connecting third-party integrations, you authorize Leap AI to access data on your behalf as needed to provide the service. You can revoke this access at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Leap AI only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Generate images that depict illegal content, including child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates applicable laws
  • Use generated images for fraud, impersonation, disinformation, or any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or platform safety filters
  • Reverse-engineer our generation models, training pipelines, or AI processing systems
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide Leap AI generation capabilities as a service to third parties without our written consent

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Leap AI offers subscription plans with included generation credits. Usage beyond your plan's included allowance may incur overage charges. Refunds are not issued for consumed credits.

We reserve the right to change pricing, credit allowances, and plan features with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Image Quality and Limitations

Leap AI uses AI models to generate images. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated images may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using them, particularly for commercial, compliance, or brand-critical applications.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you provide, and you receive full commercial usage rights to the images generated for you. Leap AI retains all rights to the Platform, its AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology.

You grant Leap AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the Platform to improve our services and generation quality. This data will not include personally identifiable information or data that could identify your specific images or organization.

8. Third-Party Providers

Leap AI uses third-party AI services and infrastructure to power generation features. These integrations are provided “as is” and may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Leap AI is not responsible for the availability, quality, or policies of third-party services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leap AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of generated images in violation of applicable laws; or (d) reference images or training data you upload that infringes on third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leap AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Leap AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill; image quality issues; or any damages arising from reliance on generated images — regardless of the theory of liability and even if Leap AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Leap AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Leap AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or otherwise abused the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
